The fact that there are no outlets here in Adelaide makes it hard to try clothes on and see whether they are the fit fit for my shape. I have to order online, I have no other choice. This means I pay more because I pay delivery fees. It it isn’t the right fit, I then have to pay for returns. I am out of pocket more than what the item is worth. I have no opportunity to go to an outlet to return the item, as such, I think returns should be free for anything over $50. I am now hesitant to buy anything else from your online store.
