If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept an exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition. Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
- Item must be returned within 14 days of arriving with you
- We do not accept returns on earrings and body jewellery
- Gift cards are non refundable
- Family Tree vouchers are non refundable
- You can also return online purchases to any Tree of Life store. You will need to bring your online order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.
Refunds will incur a $9.50 postage fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. To avoid postage fees we offer free returns back to a gift card, which can be redeemed online within 3 years. Start your return by entering your details below:
