Shipping + Returns + Payment Issues


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse in Camperdown, NSW within 1-2 days, however orders may take up to 4 days to dispatch during busy periods. Once dispatched Australia Post deliver orders within 2-7 days

 
FREE orders over $50
$3 orders under $50
$8 orders under $20
Express is an extra $5 and FREE over $150

Please provide an address where you will be able to sign for deliveries. Alternatively, a card will be left for pick up at the Post Office. *We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Boxes


*If you request to have your package left  (without signature) please be aware that this is at your own risk. We do not replace missing parcels if there has been a signature opt-out and will provide the tracking number for you to follow up with Australia Post





INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer tracked shipping to NZ, USA, Canada, South Africa and UK. We also ship to most European, Asian and South American countries. Please contact us to confirm shipping is available if unsure. CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES are the sole responsibility of customers

Shipping cost: $10 and free for orders over $100

PAYMENT FAILURE

Should your payment method fail we will notify you by email and then re-attempt payment within 5-10 days, then close the order if unsuccesful


DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Tree of Life return it within 1 month of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase cost. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded on to the same Visa card. You may return items to any of our stores for an exchange or refund, please bring your invoice. Alternatively post back (customer cost) for a refund of your item


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

We are unable to accept the return of unsuitable items from international customers. Please contact us if you receive an item that is faulty


BODY JEWELLERY & EARRINGS RETURN POLICY

We do not except returns of body jewellery or earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons


CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel/change you must contact us immediately by phone before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with or Returns Policy above
