Australia Post deliver from our warehouse in Camperdown, NSW. Orders are dispatched same or next business day and if we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you the next business day

Please give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive deliveries as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel unless you note for the Postman to leave it. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box

DOMESTIC REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from the Tree of Life webshop.

Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from Tree of Life, return it within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase cost.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
You may return items to any of our stores for store Credit or an Exchange, alternatively post back (customer cost) as below for a refund of your item.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel/change your order you must contact us immediately by phone before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
